One-time charge
Professional installation includes setup of all necessary equipment, configuration, and testing to ensure optimal performance.
Hardware transfer terms
Ownership of all hardware (router, modem, cables, etc.) provided to subscribers under the service will only be transferred to the subscriber at the end of the lock-in period.
Due on the same date each month
In the event that subscribers violate the Service Agreement or fail to pay the installation fee, GTE Wireless Technologies reserves the right to retrieve, collect, or block the said hardware and use whatever means it may deem necessary to protect its interests.

Monthly billing cycle starts on the date of installation. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.
